In addition to the recommended dispute resolution clause of ICCMCA, parties may
wish specify the place of the proceedings, language of the proceedings, law
governing the contract, and number of arbitrators (limited to one or three). If
these are not specified, they will be determined by ICCMCA.
It is always advisable to consult a legal professional when entering into a
contract. It is also advisable to consult ICCMCA with regards to the current
geographical locations and language competencies of its regular Neutrals.
